LIVING REGGAE Spain
Behind Living Reggae more important producers of reggae of Spain, Sergio Monleón and Alberto Tarín hide both. After the disappearance of Jah Flowerpots, the musical production and multimedia decided to dedicate themselves to, with a reading of reggae Roots from the 21st century, without concerning language or nationality, always putting in front the quality and respect by the sound Roots to the commercial interests. The list of artists who have participated in this project includes as remarkable personalities as Steven Wright, Larry McDonald, Derrick Morgan, Leonard Dillon, Vin Gordon, Remigi Palmero, Rafa Villalba, Edu Altarriba, Nano Bravo or Johnny Waz, to mention some names.

To date they have produced a documentary engraving in Ethiopia, that takes by Ethiopia title Utopia; a CD with an interesting fusion between the jazz and reggae Roots, of Jazz'inReggae title, with its consequent musical spectacle in direct; and a CD with 15 remezclas on the musical base of the classic subject Roots Slave Driver, of title Reggae in Valencia, the Jamaican Connection, del that we have extracted three subjects sung in Spanish for its unloading. If one of the characteristics that define the Roots, and which as much hill to the youngest artists, is to hold the same bite throughout the subject, in this work the same holds during FIFTEEN SUBJECTS! A true delight, and everything an example of the ways that reggae Roots can take in this century just begun.
